    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Engagement: Be the warm and welcoming face of the brand. Build rapport and make every customer feel valued.

    • Sales Performance: Match customers with ideal products and drive sales through upselling and strong product knowledge.

    • Visual Merchandising: Keep store shelves stocked, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.

    • Stock Maintenance: Manage stock levels and assist in receiving, unpacking, and placing new inventory.

    • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed store targets and KPIs.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric Certificate (Grade 12)

    • Retail sales experience (preferably homeware or lifestyle)

    • Experience in hospitality will be an advantage

    • Ability to provide exceptional customer service

    • Must be sales-driven and performance-oriented

    • Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
