    Job Description

    We are seeking a creative, hands-on Marketing and Community Manager to join a fast-growing competition brand. Players of the platform win everything from Pokémon cards and LEGO to the latest tech and lifestyle prizes. With a buzzing Discord, 4,000+ VIP Facebook members, and an engaged player base, community is central to everything we do.

    You will be responsible for designing eye-catching visuals, managing and growing social and community channels, executing email marketing campaigns, and supporting the overall marketing strategy. This is a fast-paced, agile environment that values creativity, initiative, and adaptability. The ideal candidate is a designer at heart, a community builder in practice, and a marketer in mind — with the ability to balance speed and quality across daily deliverables.

    Key Responsibilities

    Graphic Design

    • Design engaging, on-brand creatives for competitions and social media.

    • Create branded visuals for emails, landing pages, and prize categories (football, lifestyle, hobbies, cash).

    • Deliver high-quality assets under tight deadlines with a focus on quality and volume.

    Community & Social Media Management

    • Plan, schedule, and publish daily posts across Facebook, Instagram, Discord, and more.

    • Appear in short-form videos/reels promoting new competitions and community updates.

    • Foster growth and engagement in the VIP Facebook group and Discord server.

    • Monitor and respond to trends, memes, and current events to drive interaction.

    Email Marketing

    • Build and optimize email flows: welcome, abandon cart, win-back, win notifications, etc.

    • Segment audiences and A/B test campaigns to improve engagement and conversion.

    • Write and design emails aligned with the brand’s playful and passionate tone.

    Cross-functional Support

    • Cover customer service queries when needed with a friendly, solution-driven approach.

    • Assist with prize fulfilment logistics and coordinate with third-party content creators.

    • Be ready to step in for core team tasks during leave periods.

    About You

    • Designer-first: Strong creative portfolio with commercial design experience.

    • Camera-confident: Comfortable speaking on camera; fluent English speaker.

    • AI-literate: Skilled with tools like Photoshop, Canva, Figma, and AI-driven platforms.

    • Marketing-savvy: Experienced in social media, email marketing (ideally with Klaviyo), and digital campaigns.

    • Community-oriented: Understands internet and fan culture — especially football and collector communities.

    • Flexible & Fast-paced: Thrives in startup environments, adapts quickly, and gets things done.
