Position Overview
The Industrial Relations and Litigation Administrator plays a key role in providing administrative and operational support to consultants and the broader IR/Labour Law team.
This role involves assisting with scheduling, document management, report preparation, and client communication to ensure the smooth running of consulting and litigation processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting Consultants
Manage and book consultants’ diaries according to client requests
Close consultant billings on the client management system (CMS)
Draft and proofread recommendations, Labour Law, and litigation documents
Provide administrative support to consultants on ongoing matters
Administration
Ensure all relevant documentation is accurate and uploaded onto the CMS
Update client information on the CMS
Handle general filing and document management
Reporting
Assist with compiling internal and external reports (for clients, managers, etc.)
Client Interaction
Professionally handle incoming calls and emails
Take detailed messages and ensure timely communication with relevant team members
Required Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 (Matric) — essential
HR Diploma or Degree – advantageous
At least 12 months’ experience in a corporate administrative role
Experience in HR services or legal industry – highly beneficial
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and professionalism
Remuneration & Benefits
