Job Purpose:
To drive property finance sales through external client engagement, lead generation, and successful loan conversion. The role is ideal for highly motivated sales professionals with a strong track record in the homeloans, finance, or insurance sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking and cold calling
Promote and sell property finance products to individual clients
Build and maintain a referral network with estate agents, developers, attorneys, and other intermediaries
Achieve and exceed sales targets in a self-sourcing environment
Convert leads into successful loan applications
Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support
Prepare and submit sales reports as required
Minimum Educational & Professional Requirements:
