    Job Purpose:

    To drive property finance sales through external client engagement, lead generation, and successful loan conversion. The role is ideal for highly motivated sales professionals with a strong track record in the homeloans, finance, or insurance sectors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking and cold calling

    • Promote and sell property finance products to individual clients

    • Build and maintain a referral network with estate agents, developers, attorneys, and other intermediaries

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets in a self-sourcing environment

    • Convert leads into successful loan applications

    • Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support

    • Prepare and submit sales reports as required

    Minimum Educational & Professional Requirements:

    Qualification Matric (Grade 12)
    Experience Minimum 2 years in external sales (property, homeloans, finance, insurance)
    Sales Skills Demonstrated ability to self-source and convert leads into deals
    Networking Proven ability to generate leads and maintain referral relationships

    Additional Requirements:

    • Own reliable vehicle

    • Valid driver’s license

    • Clear credit record (no debt review or adverse listings)

    • High self-motivation, confidence, and resilience in high-pressure sales environments

    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
