Job Purpose:
To provide first-class legal advice and support services to LegalWise members by managing civil, criminal, and labour matters with professionalism and efficiency. This includes rendering legal opinions, maintaining progress on cases, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Render legal advice and support to members via case management systems.

Manage active files through consistent feedback, correspondence, and case progression.

Provide assistance in civil, criminal, and labour legal matters.

Draft legal correspondence and advice letters.

Peruse legal documentation and provide expert interpretation.

Update electronic files and case notes frequently and accurately.

Respond to incoming correspondence in-line with LegalWise standards.
Minimum Educational & Professional Requirements:
