    Scope of Work:

    This project entails the renovation and structural refurbishment of the roof at the Kopano HS Offices, with the aim of restoring the integrity, functionality, and weatherproofing of the building. The key deliverables include:

    • Full assessment and preparation of the existing roof structure

    • Removal, repair, or replacement of deteriorated roofing materials

    • Strengthening and reinforcing the roof structure where needed

    • Implementation of weatherproofing and water drainage solutions

    • Final finishing and compliance with building safety and quality standards

    • Use of quality roofing materials and appropriate construction methods

    Joint Ventures, Consortia & Subcontracting:

    • Participation as a Joint Venture or Consortium is allowed and encouraged

    • Subcontracting a portion of the work may be required in line with government procurement rules
