Purpose of the Role
To ensure effective surveillance operations, manage control room functions, and produce detailed incident and investigation reports.
Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 11
-
PSIRA Grade A certification
-
3+ years’ experience in the security industry
-
CCTV operations experience (essential)
-
People management skills
-
Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word, WhatsApp)
-
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
-
Medically fit and able to work shifts
-
Pass quarterly polygraph tests
-
Clear criminal record
-
Strong report-writing ability
Key Duties

Conduct surveillance and investigations

Manage and maintain risk management systems

Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Manage control room staff and functions

Maintain incident and key control registers
