Purpose of the Role
To ensure that all customer orders are accurately and timeously checked into the dispatch routes to meet delivery and dispatch cut-off times in line with UPD Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities

Accurately check completed customer orders into dispatch routes before delivery deadlines.

Prepare and verify all dispatch documentation (e.g., trip sheets) according to SOPs.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in the dispatch area.

Identify, record, and report any errors or discrepancies to the department head.

Report and clean up breakages/spillages immediately per SOPs.

Support operational cost containment and meet all delivery cut-off times.
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric / Grade 12 (or ABET Level 4).

Basic product knowledge.

Experience in warehousing and distribution.

SAP and KNAPP system experience (essential).
