This role oversees the operational execution of Enterprise ICT solutions, wholesale infrastructure projects, and network rollout within the Free State region. Key Responsibilities
Operational Planning:

Plan and manage regional work packages for TES projects.

Ensure resources are trained, skilled, and aligned with demand forecasts.

Identify and mitigate project and support risks.
Operations Management:

Oversee FMC network design and feasibility evaluations.
-
Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery.

Approve “As Built” documents and vendor invoices.
Profitability & Growth:

Prioritise projects for maximum profit realisation.

Limit the impact of delays and outages on revenue.
Governance & Compliance:

Implement controls for project monitoring, risk management, and service availability.

Ensure all permits and wayleaves are obtained before deployment.
People & Culture:

Lead, coach, and develop the TES regional team.

Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: 4-year degree in Telecommunications or Electronic Engineering; Prince2 Practitioner or PMP certification.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in telecommunications, with leadership experience.

Proven track record in managing infrastructure projects over R250 million.

Experience in multinational environments and cross-cultural teams.
