Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, professional service to all customers and clients.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while attending to customer requests.
Ensure all food and beverage areas are fully stocked.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized working environment.
Support the Unit Manager in daily operations to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
Contribute to operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction in line with company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Matric (essential).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment.
Customer service experience (essential).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic mathematics knowledge.
Good analytical skills.
