Standard Bank is seeking a Manager to lead and manage the Enterprise Direct capability within the Free State Province. This role involves delivering value-added sales and service solutions to grow the customer base, while effectively coordinating day-to-day Enterprise Direct operations across all value chain functions. The successful candidate will support the Head of Enterprise Direct in driving strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Lead the Enterprise Direct team and capability within the province.
Drive and deliver the Enterprise Direct value proposition to grow customers.
Manage day-to-day operations through effective coordination across functions.
Support sales and service solutions aligned with the value proposition.
Motivate and manage teams to achieve targets and foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
First Degree in Business Commerce (FAIS recognised).
8-10 years of proven sales success in the financial services industry.
Advanced knowledge of specialized financial products and structures.
Strong expertise in Credit and Compliance matters.
Excellent negotiating and conflict-handling skills.
Significant people management experience.
Competencies:
Behavioural: Self-confidence, persuasive communication, team leadership, adaptability to change.
Technical: Financial accounting, analysis, planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
