Standard Bank is looking for a Banker to support Relationship Managers in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, portfolio management, and operational functions for an allocated Premium or Growth client portfolio. This role ensures compliance requirements are met while providing exceptional sales and service aligned to segment targets. The Banker will act as the primary contact point for clients within the portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Support Relationship Managers with portfolio management and administrative duties.
Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements within the portfolio are met.
Act as the central contact for clients to deliver sales and service fulfilment.
Assist with entrenchment and operational functions related to the portfolio.
Qualifications:
NQF6 Qualification (FAIS related).
3-4 years of experience in account analysis or a similar role involving lending principles and customer service.
Experience in Relationship Banking within Business & Commercial Banking preferred.
Competencies:
Behavioural: Practical approach to tasks, clear communication, attention to detail, leadership skills, adaptability to change.
Technical: Customer acceptance and review processes, product knowledge in business banking, risk identification and management.
