    Academic Programme Manager (Faculty of Law)

    Eduvos is seeking a dedicated Academic Programme Manager to oversee the design and delivery of multiple law qualifications across various campuses. This pivotal role will ensure academic excellence, manage curriculum development, and contribute to strategic faculty objectives while supporting the Law Clinic’s operations. The successful candidate will combine academic expertise with strong leadership and project management skills to drive programme success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accountable for the design and delivery of one or more Faculty of Law programmes.

    • Provide product information and training to support sales enablement.

    • Implement strategy through operational plans, objectives, and schedules.

    • Monitor, control, and apply corrective actions as needed.

    • Manage workflows, cross-boundary alignment, escalations, and problem-solving.

    • Manage resourcing and capacity for people and equipment, including annual planning for product development.

    • Contribute to operational efficiency, governance, compliance, and standards.

    • Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and performance management.

    • Support faculty culture, climate, and change initiatives.

    • Engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Coordinate and support the Law Clinic’s effective operation and compliance.

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Law.

    • Minimum five years post-qualification academic experience.

    • At least three years of management experience or demonstrated managerial potential.

    • Experience managing academic projects or working within a matrix management structure.

    • Curriculum development experience, including assessments.
