Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Voice Coach / Accent & Speech Specialist to work remotely with sales and customer service teams serving American customers. The role focuses on improving vocal clarity, accent adaptation, and overall verbal communication to ensure confident and culturally resonant interactions with clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assess & Develop Vocal Skills

Evaluate current speech and accent patterns of representatives.

Identify areas for improvement and accent-related challenges.

Provide actionable feedback for measurable progress.
2. Design & Deliver Training Programs

Create tailored accent training lessons (neutral accents, regional accents, or other global variants).

Incorporate methods from voice acting, speech therapy, and performance techniques.

Conduct group workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions via video call.
3. Enhance Performance & Communication

Teach vocal warm-ups, breathing techniques, articulation drills, pacing, and tone control.

Track progress, provide feedback, and schedule refresher sessions as needed.
4. Develop Learning Resources

Produce audio/visual guides, pronunciation manuals, and practice scripts.

Support ongoing development of team vocal skills and adaptability.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Voice Coach, Voice Actor, or Speech Specialist.

Expertise in accent training, speech clarity, and vocal performance.

Familiarity with remote training platforms and virtual coaching.

Strong knowledge of American English pronunciation, tone, and cultural nuances.

Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills.
