Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Managing Director to lead a leading fertilizer mixing and distribution company in the Free State. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, sustainable business growth, and foster a people-centric culture while aligning strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of company operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualifications (Agriculture, Business Management, or related).

Minimum 10 years’ executive management experience, preferably in the fertilizer or agricultural sector.

Proven track record of aligning strategic, operational, and financial goals.

Strong commercial, financial, and leadership acumen.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people development skills.
