Job Title: Lecturer – Master in Business Leadership (Commerce)

Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and engage students according to module requirements

Monitor student engagement and support at-risk students

Develop and review assessments in line with academic team guidelines

Analyse academic results to identify and support at-risk modules
-
Update and manage content on the learning management system
-
Participate in academic meetings and complete professional development sessions

Provide general student support and consultation
-
Assist with academic resource management and compliance
Qualifications:
-
PhD or DComm in Commerce, Public Administration, Business Management, Business Administration, or Strategy (with focus on CSR, sustainability, or ethics)
-
1–3 years of industry-specific experience
-
Minimum 3 years of lecturing experience
-
One NQF level higher than the qualification taught

Academic transcript required
