Responsibilities:

Assist with daily operations of a quick service or casual dining restaurant, from opening to closing
-
Work across all sections of the restaurant

Supervise and lead teams on duty

Provide on-the-job training and coaching to individuals and teams
-
Manage inventory, ordering, and issuing of stock
-
Conduct restaurant visits and deliver detailed feedback
-
Ensure compliance with brand standards to protect brand integrity
-
Handle customer interactions, queries, and complaints
Qualifications:
-
Matric (Compulsory)
-
Minimum tertiary qualification in a food-related service field
-
South African citizen, aged 18–28
-
Must be a graduate and not have participated in a YES programme before
Knowledge and Skills:
-
Strong communication, organisational, and people skills
-
Highly presentable and energetic self-starter
-
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
-
Hands-on problem-solving approach and attention to detail
-
Good knowledge of the food service industry (preferably QSR or CDR categories)

Financial and computer literacy
-
Valid driver’s license advantageous
