    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve and exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales budgets

    • Drive store profitability by managing key financials

    • Maintain merchandising standards in alignment with brand expectations

    • Oversee stock management and reduce loss by mitigating stock-related risks

    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience

    • Manage supplier and internal stakeholder relationships effectively

    • Oversee HR activities including recruitment and payroll administration

    • Motivate, lead, and hold staff accountable for performance

    • Align staff to company culture, ensuring a vibrant and productive team environment

    • Implement company policies and uphold health & safety standards

    Qualifications:

    • Matric or equivalent

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of Store Management experience

    • At least 8 years of total Retail experience

    • Proven track record managing a retail store with turnover exceeding R20 million per annum

    • Strong background in leadership, operations, and people management
