Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales budgets

Drive store profitability by managing key financials
-
Maintain merchandising standards in alignment with brand expectations

Oversee stock management and reduce loss by mitigating stock-related risks
-
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience

Manage supplier and internal stakeholder relationships effectively
-
Oversee HR activities including recruitment and payroll administration
-
Motivate, lead, and hold staff accountable for performance

Align staff to company culture, ensuring a vibrant and productive team environment

Implement company policies and uphold health & safety standards
Qualifications:
-
Matric or equivalent
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of Store Management experience
-
At least 8 years of total Retail experience
-
Proven track record managing a retail store with turnover exceeding R20 million per annum
-
Strong background in leadership, operations, and people management
