Responsibilities:
Source and identify suitable candidates for various job openings.
Compile and format professional CVs for client submission.
Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Submit candidate profiles to clients promptly.
Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and application progress.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook.
Previous experience in recruitment or administration (including internships) is an advantage.
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
