Minimum Requirements

- Admitted Attorney
- 2 years post-admission experience
- Thorough knowledge of:
- Civil litigation
- General litigation
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Experience with High Court and Magistrate’s Court collections (recommended)
- Strong understanding of:
- The National Credit Act
- Contract Law
- Company Law
- POPI (Protection of Personal Information Act)
- Magistrate Court and High Court procedures
- Company secretarial experience or interest (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license
