Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in store operations, driving results, and leading a motivated team. Your responsibilities include:
- Sales Management: Develop strategies to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability.
- Stock Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels and implement loss prevention measures.

Qualifications and Expertise
- Educational Background: Grade 12/Matric qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of proven retail management experience.
