    Key Responsibilities

    As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in store operations, driving results, and leading a motivated team. Your responsibilities include:

    • Sales Management: Develop strategies to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability.
    • Stock Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels and implement loss prevention measures.

    Qualifications and Expertise

    • Educational Background: Grade 12/Matric qualification.
    • Experience: Minimum of three years of proven retail management experience.
    • Skills:
