    Key Responsibilities:

    Job Overview:

    As a Sambassador, you’ll represent Smollan’s products and services in-store, focusing on customer engagement, inventory management, and sales growth, especially within forecourts (petrol station retail spaces).

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Experience Management

    • Register and vet customers

    • Manage the rental and return process of equipment

    • Collect customer feedback and drive service improvements

    • Ensure equipment is properly stored, tracked, and maintained

    2. Inventory Management

    • Monitor stock levels and device charging

    • Maintain proper tracking and upkeep of equipment

    3. Compliance & Brand Standards

    • Ensure HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) compliance

    • Escalate non-compliance issues

    • Report on performance, challenges, and site issues

    • Offer customer-driven insights

    4. Administration & Reporting

    • Capture daily, weekly, and monthly reports

    • Respond to complaints and queries

    • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

    Minimum Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Matric (Grade 12)

    Experience:

    • 2–3 years in a sales or retail environment

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Sales & marketing knowledge

    • Strong customer service skills

    • Self-management

    • Admin and communication skills

    • MS Office proficiency

    • Basic knowledge of renewable energy (advantageous)
