A GRAP-compliant Fixed Asset Register records relevant asset information, including descriptions, acquisition details, useful lives, depreciation and valuation information, supported by appropriate evidence.

The SACPVP is the professional regulatory body for property valuers in South Africa. Registration in the relevant professional category is an important requirement for eligible valuation practitioners.
