Responsibilities:
Implement and scale the Enterprise Direct client value proposition across the province
Drive client lifecycle management and commercialisation in partnership with cross-functional teams
Engage with clients through digital and direct platforms to foster growth and retention
Lead integrated collaboration with Coverage, Specialised Functions, and Business Solutions teams
Deliver strong financial outcomes by managing provincial income statements and balance sheets
Qualifications:
First Degree in Business Commerce
FAIS Representative certification (mandatory)
Experience:
8–10 years of experience in financial services with a proven sales track record
In-depth knowledge of financial and specialised products, credit, and compliance
Demonstrated experience in digital platforms and eCommerce practices
Skilled in managing financial performance, risk, and strategic execution
Technical Competencies:
Financial Accounting & Analysis
Financial Planning & Management
Business Acumen and Strategic Sales
Understanding of digital engagement platforms
Behavioural Competencies:
