Job Summary:
Minimum Requirements:

National Diploma in Graphic Design (advantageous)

5+ years’ experience in graphic design

Strong skills in layout, branding, templates, and photo editing

Proficiency in design software and understanding of brand guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Layout:
-
Create and improve marketing materials (flyers, reports, brochures, etc.)

Design using existing templates and create new ones as needed

Ensure all designs meet brand standards and high-quality output

Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer on project briefs

Develop graphics for websites, logos, and publications
Photography:
-
Schedule and conduct photoshoots
-
Edit and manage photo submissions
-
Maintain photography equipment
Communications:
-
Create and send Everlytic and template-based communications
-
Upload and manage documents on website and SharePoint
