Fidelity Services Group is seeking a reliable and experienced CIT Team Leader to join their Sasolburg branch. This role supports the Operations Manager in overseeing daily Cash-in-Transit (CIT) operations, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, schedules, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be PSIRA-registered, firearm competent, and experienced in the security industry. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential for success in this high-responsibility position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: CIT Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager with daily CIT operations

• Ensure all procedures and schedules are followed during CIT processes

• Take responsibility for CIT vehicle maintenance, security systems, and cleanliness

• Drive CIT vehicle when required (if applicable)

• Monitor and manage movement of CIT schedules during transit

• Conduct and participate in security drills

• Maintain contact with controllers during routes

• Respond to suspicious activity and report incidents

• Liaise professionally with clients, staff, and management

• Complete and submit required documentation (e.g. daily rosters and reports)

• Report delays and operational issues to the Operations Manager

• Ensure compliance with risk management protocols

Qualifications:

• Clear criminal record

• PSIRA Grade C accreditation (minimum)

• Valid CIT certificate

• Firearm competency (minimum handgun for business purposes)

• Computer literacy (compulsory)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the security industry

• CIT supervisory/management experience (advantageous)

• Valid driver’s license and own transport (advantageous)

• Ability to work irregular hours and under pressure

• Clear disciplinary record
