Fidelity Services Group is seeking a reliable and experienced CIT Team Leader to join their Sasolburg branch. This role supports the Operations Manager in overseeing daily Cash-in-Transit (CIT) operations, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, schedules, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be PSIRA-registered, firearm competent, and experienced in the security industry. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential for success in this high-responsibility position.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Operations Manager with daily CIT operations
Ensure all procedures and schedules are followed during CIT processes
Take responsibility for CIT vehicle maintenance, security systems, and cleanliness
Drive CIT vehicle when required (if applicable)
Monitor and manage movement of CIT schedules during transit
Conduct and participate in security drills
Maintain contact with controllers during routes
Respond to suspicious activity and report incidents
Liaise professionally with clients, staff, and management
Complete and submit required documentation (e.g. daily rosters and reports)
Report delays and operational issues to the Operations Manager
Ensure compliance with risk management protocols
Qualifications:
Clear criminal record
PSIRA Grade C accreditation (minimum)
Valid CIT certificate
Firearm competency (minimum handgun for business purposes)
Computer literacy (compulsory)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the security industry
CIT supervisory/management experience (advantageous)
Valid driver’s license and own transport (advantageous)
Ability to work irregular hours and under pressure
Clear disciplinary record
