Assist in consolidating the demand and procurement plan for the entity

Support market analysis and advise on procurement approaches

Update and maintain RFQ and Bid schedules

Accurately file procurement documentation in SharePoint or designated filing systems

Ensure adherence to confidentiality protocols

Perform delegated duties within the SCM environment

Comply with health and safety procedures
Qualifications:

3-year National Diploma/Degree in Public Management, Finance, or Supply Chain Management

Minimum of 2 years’ supply chain experience (advantageous)

Good understanding of SCM processes and legislative framework

Proficiency in MS Office
