What You’ll Do
As an Administration Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing essential store operations to ensure everything runs like clockwork. From managing cash to coordinating with team members, you’ll play a key role in making the store a success.
Here’s a breakdown of your responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue cash floats for cashiers.
- Oversee daily cash-ups and ensure bank deposits are made on time.
- Assist cashiers with discrepancies and cash drops.
- Reconcile cash counts with the Retail Manager’s approval.
- Handle stock write-offs and transfers.
- Ensure supplier invoices match purchase orders.
- Assist in Goods Received Voucher (GRV) processes.
- Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate store records.
- Manage attendance records using a biometric system.
- Assist with HR queries and oversee leave processes.
- Recruit staff and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Organize staff schedules and oversee uniform and PPE distribution.
- Keep the workplace clean and hazard-free.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain organized storage and office spaces.
