Job Purpose:
iMas Insurance Brokers is seeking proactive and driven Independent Financial Services Sales Agents in the Bloemfontein area. The role focuses on selling life insurance products within the retail mass market. Successful candidates should demonstrate entrepreneurial flair, self-motivation, and the ability to operate independently in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell a range of life insurance products to the retail mass market.

Establish and maintain strong client relationships.

Utilize provided infrastructure and support to achieve sales targets.

Attend training sessions to ensure compliance and up-to-date product knowledge.

Maintain clear and compliant records of all client interactions.

Grow and manage a personal sales pipeline using networking and lead generation.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) – compulsory
