Job Purpose:
To lead and manage a retail butchery outlet by overseeing all operations including sales, production, staff supervision, hygiene compliance, customer service, and expense control to ensure profitability and high standards.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in a butchery environment
Proven butchery management experience (managing a team of 10–15 people)
Experience in meat cutting is essential
Must have a valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations in the butchery
