Job Purpose:
The Telephonic Marketer will be responsible for expanding Lex Libertas’s contributor network by engaging potential donors and supporters via phone. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and passionate about making a social and political impact while thriving in a commission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential contributors to promote Lex Libertas’s mission.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing contributors.

Clearly communicate the vision and goals of Lex Libertas to inspire engagement.

Meet and exceed monthly sales/contribution targets.

Provide regular reports on call outcomes, contributor feedback, and progress.
Candidate Requirements:

Language: Fluent in Afrikaans (essential).

Personality: Energetic, resilient, and eager to learn.

Motivation: Passion for making a difference and interest in political advocacy.

Technical Skills: Comfortable using phones, CRM systems, and basic computer programs.

Location: Must be based in Bethlehem, Free State.

Experience: Previous telesales or marketing experience advantageous but not required.
