Job Overview
Clover S.A. Proprietary Limited is looking for a motivated and results-driven Logistics Team Leader to join the Oranjesig Production Branch in Bloemfontein.
The successful candidate will supervise logistics staff and ensure the efficient movement, storage, and dispatch of products, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
-
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the logistics team.

Monitor time and attendance to ensure productivity targets are achieved.

Motivate and communicate with staff to maintain output levels.
-
Apply disciplinary procedures when necessary according to company policy.
Warehouse & Inventory Operations
-
Manage stock movement and storage within the warehouse.
-
Ensure proper receiving and dispatching of goods.
-
Locate and organize stock within the warehouse system.
-
Maintain warehouse records for stock dispatch and receiving.
-
Prevent stock shrinkage and losses during handling and storage.
Warehouse Maintenance & Safety
-
Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized at all times.
-
Maintain proper housekeeping standards.
-
Monitor safe working conditions and report any deviations or safety risks.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
-
Grade 12 / NQF qualification
-
Diploma or qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management (advantageous)

2–3 years experience in:
-
Logistics
-
Warehouse operations
-
Production environments
-
-
Supervisory experience (preferred)
-
Basic computer literacy (MS Office)

Fluent Business English
-
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Ability to work in extreme working conditions

Based in or near Bloemfontein (advantageous)
