Objective of the Contract
The primary goal of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to manage the design, printing, and supply of corporate marketing and printing materials. The appointed service provider will be responsible for delivering high-quality products that align with Flavius Mareka TVET College’s corporate image and communication standards.
Scope of Work
The successful bidder will be expected to deliver the following services:

Design of marketing and branding material, including layout and creative services for items such as:

Brochures
-
Flyers
-
Posters
-
Corporate folders
-
Stationery
-
Branded merchandise (e.g., notebooks, pens, bags)

Printing of approved designs in high-quality formats using professional-grade printing processes and materials.

Supply and Delivery of printed materials to designated locations as instructed by the institution.

Adherence to Branding Guidelines provided by Flavius Mareka TVET College.

Management of Local and Imported Content, including documentation of all printing materials or components sourced internationally.
Technical Requirements
To meet the requirements of the tender, service providers must:

Deliver work to professional and commercial printing standards.

Document imported content (if applicable), including:

Names and addresses of local and overseas suppliers
-
Freight and logistics costs
-
Customs duties
-
Exchange rate used
-
Detailed cost breakdowns in line with Annex C of the tender documents

Ensure all foreign payments and content sourcing are properly recorded and justified.

Valid CSD (Central Supplier Database) Report

Import content disclosure forms

Returnable documents and annexes

Detailed quotations and portfolios of past work (preferably within the education or public sector)

Evaluation Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated based on:

Functionality: Including experience, quality of past projects, turnaround time, and understanding of the brief

Pricing: Inclusive of VAT and broken down per item or service

Imported Content Compliance: Correct submission and calculation of imported/local content values
-
B-BBEE and Preferential Procurement: In line with relevant legislation and institutional goals
