Introduction
A leading FMCG supplier is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, including inbound, warehousing, stock control, outbound, trip planning, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with staff, suppliers, and transport providers.
Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and budgetary goals.
Maintain accurate stock control systems and inventory records.
Minimize damages and stock losses.
Oversee maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
Lead internal/external food safety audits.
Full staff management and supervision.
Design and implement new distribution strategies.
Requirements
Tertiary Degree in Logistics Management.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, and stock management within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
Minimum 4 years in a management role.
Experience with SYSPRO is advantageous.
