JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Install, set up, and test new ICT equipment

Maintain ICT equipment and software, including antivirus and security/firewall solutions

Diagnose and resolve hardware problems

Install and update software patches
-
Establish connections for transversal systems (e.g., PERSAL, BAS, LOGIS)

Provide desktop and technical support to users
-
Administer and maintain LAN and WAN networks
-
Perform server maintenance and data backups
-
Manage email and internet access to ensure effective internal communication
Qualifications:

Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology
