Responsibilities:

Complete theoretical courses through SAGMA (South African Grain Milling Academy).

Perform practical work and gain experience across various departments in the milling environment.

Learn the full milling supply chain and acquire key competencies in each department.

Operate a maize mill under the guidance of the Production Manager or Head Miller, maintaining optimum output and quality standards.

Perform required tasks and shift duties, including work on weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications:

Grade 12 certificate (completed within the last 24 months).

Mathematics: minimum 60%; Maths Literacy: minimum 80%.

University exemption.

Pass all SAGMA modules as prescribed by management.

Strong problem-solving skills, technical inclination, and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Team-oriented with a focus on process improvement.
