About the Role:
The ECD/Foundation Phase Educator will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the individual learning needs of Foundation Phase learners (Grades R-3). This role requires creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, using diverse teaching methods, and actively assessing and monitoring student progress. The educator will also collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school community to foster a positive learning atmosphere and participate in ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that address the unique learning needs of Foundation Phase students.
Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and development.
Use varied teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school community.
Participate in school activities, workshops, and professional development programs.
Requirements:
Muslim female candidate.
Degree in Foundation Phase Education.
SACE (South African Council for Educators) Certificate.
Police clearance certificate.
