Position Summary:
Qwantani Resort seeks a skilled and energetic Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B department at its picturesque resort. This role covers complete oversight of the kitchen, restaurant, bar, front-of-house, and on-site shop, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, team leadership, and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day F&B operations across all departments.

Lead and motivate a diverse team to ensure excellent customer service.

Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in kitchen operations.

Manage inventory levels and control procurement of stock and supplies.

Monitor F&B budgets, control costs, and maintain profitability.

Design and implement creative menus aligned with guest trends and seasons.

Supervise front-of-house team for smooth guest experiences.

Oversee the bar, maintaining high-quality beverage service.

Manage the resort’s shop, ensuring consistent stock and guest offerings.

Monitor and respond to guest feedback on TripAdvisor, Facebook, Google, and internal surveys.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in Food & Beverage Management (resort/hotel experience preferred).

Cheffing background is advantageous; ability to cook is a bonus.

Proficient in Micros (POS system) – Essential.

Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.

Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
