Overview:
Izwe Placements is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for a remote-based role. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and liaising with auditors. This position requires someone capable of working under pressure and adaptable to UK business hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and supplier payments.

Oversee payroll processing and related accounting functions.

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.

Prepare and coordinate information for auditors.

Monitor financial performance and maintain compliance with internal policies.

Utilize accounting software (e.g., Sage or similar) and MS Office for reporting and analysis.
Requirements:

Matric and/or Accounting Degree.

Proven experience in accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and supplier management.

Strong knowledge of Sage or similar accounting software.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.
