- Salary: R6,000 – R7,000 per month
Role Purpose
The Domestic Nanny will be responsible for supporting a household with two young children (ages 2 and 5), performing general housekeeping, preparing light meals for the children, and engaging them in age-appropriate activities. This is a long-term live-out position ideal for someone who is experienced, caring, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and tidying
Care for children in the afternoons; full-day care for the toddler on Fridays
Prepare light meals and snacks for the children
Engage in play and support educational development through age-appropriate activities
Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of formal work experience caring for toddlers (e.g. nanny, daycare, teacher assistant)
Previous housekeeping experience
Must be a South African citizen, or have a valid work permit and passport, or asylum seeker status
Non-smoker
Clear criminal record
Must reside in Bloemfontein or nearby
