    Purpose of the Job

    To deliver a high-quality children’s fitness and activity programme that keeps kids engaged, entertained, and safe while in the Club-V Max environment. The Club V Coach is responsible for maintaining operational standards, leading group classes and camps, managing bookings, and achieving set sales targets, all while creating a fun and stimulating experience for children.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience

    Essential:

    • Recognised Fitness Qualification

    • Up-to-date First Aid Certification

    • Club-V and Active Play Training (in-house or willingness to complete)

    • Clear Criminal Record

    • Proven ability to work with children in group class environments

    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Desirable Attributes and Experience:

    • Experience in planning and executing children’s activities and camps

    • Group programming and presentation skills

    • Strong communication, coaching, and feedback skills

    • Affinity and passion for working with children

    • Able to conduct physical games and activities

    • Comfortable managing timetables, bookings, and admin tasks

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and entertain children during their time at Club-V

    • Deliver planned activities and holiday camps with enthusiasm and professionalism

    • Maintain high safety and hygiene standards in line with Health & Safety guidelines

    • Ensure bookings, access statistics, and participation logs are accurately recorded

    • Meet or exceed sales targets and actively promote Club-V Max

    • Handle member documentation, complaints, and feedback efficiently

    • Maintain Club-V Max inventory, including toys and equipment

    • Support team with incident reporting and emergency procedures

    • Plan and deliver engaging classes with documented activity rosters
