Key Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor expenses, income, budgets, and petty cash; investigate and correct discrepancies

Review and approve all financial transactions, ensuring strict cost control

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements

Analyse financial performance, including:

Profitability

Liquidity

Efficiency

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations

Monitor daily financial activities, including:

Cash flow

Banking transactions

Payments and receipts

Supervise finance and accounting staff in daily operations

Prepare management reports and financial schedules, including:

Break-even analysis

Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) reports

Variance analysis

Performance dashboards

Ensure all reports align with management’s decision-making needs
