Role Purpose
To drive sales growth and perfect store execution in Independent Rural and Urban Trade.To expand and deepen Red Bull’s footprint in the non-liquor channel.To develop and execute a winning distribution partner model, positioning Red Bull as the leader in Energy within this market.To translate strategy into daily execution, managing third-party distributors and field performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Distribution Management

Manage and develop 3rd party distribution partners
-
Drive sales growth and market expansion in independent trade
-
Ensure excellent in-store execution and distribution standards
Business Planning & Analysis
-
Analyse sales, market, and distribution data
-
Develop business strategies and convert them into actionable plans
-
Build case studies, sales concepts, and execution frameworks
Trade & Field Execution
-
Conduct regular trade visits across the region
-
Spend approximately 80% of time in the field
-
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies at store level
Budget & Reporting
-
Manage budgets and control spend
-
Compile management reports and performance dashboards
-
Track KPIs and financial performance
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Valid driver’s licence
Experience
-
More than 5 years’ sales experience in the FMCG sector

Proven track record in 3rd party distribution management
-
Sales team leadership experience
-
Experience managing sales forces across multiple trade channels

Regional account experience in independent trade
-
Key account management experience (advantage)
