    Role Purpose

    To provide a positive and compliant customer experience by assisting customers with their transactional needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and educating clients on the most appropriate banking channels, including eChannels and self-service, while adhering strictly to FAIS, policy, and process requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Service & Engagement

    • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.

    • Provide efficient, empathetic, and professional service aligned to customer needs.

    • Educate customers on appropriate banking platforms and digital channels.

    Sales & Advisory

    • Analyse customer information to recommend contextual and integrated financial solutions.

    • Achieve individual sales targets through ethical and needs-based selling.

    • Act as a brand ambassador within the local market.

    • Adhere to FAIS, regulatory requirements, and internal banking policies.

    • Conduct all interactions ethically and with attention to detail.

    • Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

    Performance & Development

    • Take accountability for personal performance and development.

    • Continuously improve skills, knowledge, and service delivery standards.

    Minimum Requirements

    • NQF Level 4 qualification or higher.

    • 1–2 years’ experience in Client Services Support and service delivery.

    • Understanding of a regulated financial services environment (FAIS).

    • Strong sales and customer service capability.
