Role Purpose
To provide a positive and compliant customer experience by assisting customers with their transactional needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and educating clients on the most appropriate banking channels, including eChannels and self-service, while adhering strictly to FAIS, policy, and process requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Engagement

Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.

Sales & Advisory

Minimum Requirements

NQF Level 4 qualification or higher.

1–2 years’ experience in Client Services Support and service delivery.

Understanding of a regulated financial services environment (FAIS).

Strong sales and customer service capability.
