Role Purpose
To provide a positive and compliant customer experience by assisting customers with their transactional needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and educating clients on the most appropriate banking channels, including eChannels and self-service, while adhering strictly to FAIS, policy, and process requirements.

Customer Service & Engagement
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
Provide efficient, empathetic, and professional service aligned to customer needs.
Educate customers on appropriate banking platforms and digital channels.

Sales & Advisory
Analyse customer information to recommend contextual and integrated financial solutions.
Achieve individual sales targets through ethical and needs-based selling.
Act as a brand ambassador within the local market.
Compliance & Professional Conduct
Adhere to FAIS, regulatory requirements, and internal banking policies.
Conduct all interactions ethically and with attention to detail.
Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Continuously improve skills, knowledge, and service delivery standards.
Minimum Requirements
NQF Level 4 qualification or higher.
1–2 years’ experience in Client Services Support and service delivery.
Understanding of a regulated financial services environment (FAIS).
Strong sales and customer service capability.
