Role Purpose
To deliver an exceptional and efficient customer experience by understanding customer needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and guiding customers to the most appropriate banking channels, including eChannels and self-service platforms, while ensuring compliance with FNB policies and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience.
Clearly explain banking processes and requirements in a simple, customer-friendly manner.

Sales & Advisory
Analyse customer information to recommend appropriate banking solutions.
Educate customers on the correct banking platforms aligned to their needs.
Achieve sales targets through contextual and integrated financial solutions.
Act as a brand ambassador within the local community.
Compliance & Operations
Ensure adherence to banking rules, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct all activities ethically and with attention to detail.
Take accountability for own performance, development, and results.
Personal Development
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Adapt to a shift-based working structure.
Minimum Requirements
South African Citizen.
NQF Level 4 qualification or higher.
1–2 years’ experience in Client Services Support or Service Delivery (advantageous).
Willingness to work shifts.
Strong understanding of a regulated environment is beneficial.
