    Role Purpose

    To attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling Metropolitan Life’s financial products, while providing ongoing after-sales service. The role focuses on increasing market share, ensuring client retention, and contributing to the organisation’s long-term sustainability through compliant, needs-based financial advice.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Engage prospective clients to understand their financial needs and goals.

    • Recommend and sell financial products aligned to client requirements.

    • Accurately capture client information and sales records.

    • Achieve sales targets related to production, quality, and conversion.

    • Provide after-sales service to ensure client retention.

    • Maintain compliance with FAIS, regulatory, and internal policies.

    • Contribute to brand growth and market penetration in the Central region.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric / N4 or equivalent qualification.

    • FAIS requirements based on Date of First Appointment (DOFA).

    • Relevant Regulatory Examinations (RE) if already in the financial services industry.

    • 1–2 years’ experience (preferred for candidates with an undergraduate degree).

    • 2–3 years’ experience in a sales environment.

    • Strong computer literacy skills.

    • Fluency in English.
