Role Purpose
To attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling Metropolitan Life’s financial products, while providing ongoing after-sales service. The role focuses on increasing market share, ensuring client retention, and contributing to the organisation’s long-term sustainability through compliant, needs-based financial advice.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
-
Engage prospective clients to understand their financial needs and goals.

Recommend and sell financial products aligned to client requirements.

Accurately capture client information and sales records.

Achieve sales targets related to production, quality, and conversion.

Provide after-sales service to ensure client retention.
-
Maintain compliance with FAIS, regulatory, and internal policies.
-
Contribute to brand growth and market penetration in the Central region.
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric / N4 or equivalent qualification.
-
FAIS requirements based on Date of First Appointment (DOFA).
-
Relevant Regulatory Examinations (RE) if already in the financial services industry.

1–2 years’ experience (preferred for candidates with an undergraduate degree).

2–3 years’ experience in a sales environment.

Strong computer literacy skills.

Fluency in English.
