    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    Captains

    • Safely operate the ATR 72-600 aircraft and manage all phases of flight.

    • Lead and manage the flight crew, ensuring teamwork and operational efficiency.

    • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures.

    • Manage aircraft loading, fuel planning, and airworthiness checks.

    • Respond effectively to abnormal or emergency situations.

    First Officers

    • Assist the Captain in all flight duties.

    • Monitor flight path, aircraft performance, and terrain.

    • Follow operational procedures, flight manuals, and standard protocols.

    • Support safe and efficient flight management.

    • Assume command if the Captain becomes incapacitated.

    Contract & Benefits

    • Contract: Three-year term

    • Accommodation: Provided

      • Touring: Private or shared two-bedroom units

      • Full-time: Single-occupancy units

    • Flight Benefits:

      • First Officers: Two to four return tickets per year

      • Touring Captains: Paid tickets to Singapore or home port

    • Touring Option for Captains: Three weeks on, three weeks off

    Candidate Requirements

    • Licences & Ratings:

      • Valid CPL and MECIR

      • ATR 72-600 experience required

    • Flight Experience:

      • Minimum 1,000 hours total time

      • Minimum 100 hours multi-engine

      • Experience within the last 2 years

    • Airline experience: 4–5 years preferred

    • B2 engineering experience is an advantage
