Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the General Manager, Management Team, and departments
Compile and prepare monthly management reports with supporting documentation
Accurately take and distribute meeting minutes, compile action lists, and follow up with stakeholders
Coordinate logistics for functions, business travel, flights, and accommodation
Champion data capturing by ensuring accurate and timely input into the centralized system
Manage schedules, reminders, and key tasks for the General Manager
Perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations
Qualifications:
2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or personal assistant role
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
Experience with data capturing or centralized data systems (advantageous)
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
