Responsibilities:
-
Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of customer data in the CRM system
-
Identify and correct duplicate, outdated, or incorrect records
-
Collaborate with internal teams to validate and process data changes
-
Execute account creation and amendments in line with company standards
-
Manage account structures and hierarchies within the CRM
-
Ensure compliance with POPIA and internal data governance policies
-
Support CRM users, provide training, and assist with system updates and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
-
NQF Level 4 certificate in data handling and/or administration
-
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
-
At least 2 years’ experience in the agricultural industry

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)

Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
