     Job Purpose

    The Branch Administrator provides administrative, operational, and systems support to ensure smooth functioning of the branch. This includes onboarding advisors, managing client policy administration, supporting reporting, and assisting with general office operations.

     Key Responsibilities

     Administration & Onboarding

    • Process onboarding of advisors and brokers
    • Conduct compliance checks (DOFA, FSB, MIE, fingerprints)
    • Maintain employee and training records
    • Handle termination and contract documentation

     Client & Policy Services

    • Assist clients with policy queries and updates
    • Process policy amendments and claims support
    • Handle walk-in and telephonic client requests
    • Ensure timely resolution of client issues

     Reporting

    • Compile weekly and monthly branch reports
    • Analyse retention, persistency, and performance data
    • Identify discrepancies in reports

     Operational Support

    • Provide system and technical support to staff
    • Assist with training coordination (including online systems like Moodle)
    • Manage commission queries and documentation
    • Support branch logistics (stationery, assets, meetings)

     Digital Device Management

    • Manage allocation and tracking of devices
    • Handle lost, stolen, or damaged device reporting
    • Maintain asset registers and digital systems
    • Support sales dashboards and reporting tools

     Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Diploma or Degree (advantageous)
    • 1–3 years administrative experience
    • Insurance/financial services experience (advantageous)
